Similarly, in sub-rule 4, if a member has been sentenced to imprisonment by a court decision in a criminal case, for the duration of such imprisonment, or if a member is serving a prison sentence in a criminal case, for the entire period, or if a member has yet to pay imprisonment, or for the entire period until the imprisonment is not paid after being arrested. There is a provision that automatic suspension will be considered. Also, if any member arrested according to sub-rule 3 is acquitted or released from prison, there is a provision that the Speaker should immediately inform the House of the suspension release notice.
